As a Legacy Pension Managers customer, your privacy and security always come first.  We are dedicated to customer safety and protection, and our mission remains as strong as ever.

Legacy Pension’s commitment to protect your information and your privacy extends to our online presence. The essence of this policy it to inform you on the kind of information we will seek from you when you visit our website, this also includes how the information we gather from you is used and the choices that are open to you concerning correction of any information that has been given by you.

The policy also creates an avenue for you to control your privacy and ask any questions that may be of concern to you.


Information Collection

When you initiate an online application for our services, or register for an online service, our website will request information, such as your name and email address and postal address. This information allows you to perform certain tasks depending on the service you are accessing (for example, correspond with us or review your accounts). In these cases, we collect only the information necessary to interact with you. We also gather data to track website usage, such as number of hits, pages visited, and the length of user sessions in order to evaluate the usefulness of our sites.

All information received from you is used basically to make our online services easier to use by you.
Other information that may be required may be your personal information which will be required when you want to sign up for a service, this information will be within the range of  your name, age, email address.

There might be some situation which may require disclosing your personal information to third parties such as Pension Fund Custodians or National Pension Commission (PenCom). Legacy may be required by law to disclose some information,  to third parties to provide the service you have requested. However, the disclosure will only be made where it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which you disclosed your personal information. Otherwise than stated above, we do not disclose personal information that you may give us, such as your name, address, email address or telephone number, to any organization or person outside Legacy unless you have authorised us to do so.


No sale of personal information

Under no circumstances will Legacy sell or receive payment for disclosing your personal information.

Ultimately, you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords and/or any personal information. Be responsible whenever you are online.


Access and correction: personal data


If Legacy holds your personal information, we will, where possible provide you with access to the information. Legacy will take reasonable steps to correct the information so that it is accurate, complete and up to date.
