Who we Are
Legacy Pension Managers Limited ("Legacy") or the ("Company") is a private limited company incorporated in Nigeria on the 7th of April 2005 with the sole objective of carrying on the business of a Pension Fund Administrator (PFA) as defined under the Pension Reform Act 2004. The Company has a share capital of 1,000,000,000 Naira divided into 1,000,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 Naira each. Legacy has a license from the National Pension Commission to carry out business as a PFA.
